Zairik joined Anthill in 2023 as an Analyst in the Programs & Investments team, where he worked closely with early-stage startups. He supported founders with go-to-market strategies, created pitch decks, built financial models, and helped organize demo days. In August 2024, he transitioned to Volery, Anthill’s deal-syndication arm, where he now focuses on helping portfolio companies raise follow-on capital.
